I spoke with Paul over the phone and committed to buying a vehicle they had advertise online. I agreed to their asking price and agreed to give a credit card deposit over the phone. I asked that the purchas a vehicle they had advertise online. I agreed to their asking price and agreed to give a credit card deposit over the phone. I asked that the purchase contract be emailed to me so I forward it to my local credit union for financing. Paul asked for my social security number and I refuse to give it to him as I was not interested in their financing. I supplied him with all of the information he requested. After waiting over 4 hours and numerous phone calls I called back and spoke with a Brad Lenz. He later emailed back saying that afternoon the vehicle has been sold to another party and money had been put down on the vehicle. I told him that at 10 a.m. I told Paul I would give him a credit card number for the deposit and committed to buying a vehicle. They said they sold the vehicle to another buyer because I was not interested in using their financing. Extremely unprofessional dealer! They later called and said the vehicle was once again available and apologized for the confusion. I agreed to buy the vehicle once again and flew out to pick it up. When I arrived the vehicle was waiting in a bay. I immediately discovered the truck was grossly misrepresented in the video they posted on line. The representative walking around the truck filming an "HD" video was showing the condition of the truck. In the video the rep specifically stated the vehicle was ding free and dent and there were no dents in the bumpers on the rear. The vehicle was presented as being in great shape. When I arrived at the dealership the vehicle had a large 2.5 foot key mark down the driver's side door and numerous dents around the truck. There was also a large amount of rust on the driver’s door and rocker. The tailgate had numerous dents and scratches. The truck was not washed, vacuumed or filled with gas. I was immediately asked to go to the business office to start signing paperwork before I had even driven the truck. I explained the truck was not as represented on line. I watched the video again on my phone to confirm I did not misunderstand the way the truck was represented in their video. I explained the video failed to show the damage including the dents, rust, and large key mark. I told them I was upset because I had bought 2 airline tickets one way to pick up the truck with my daughter and paid the dealership’s $100 fee to pick me and my travel companion up at our hotel. I had already invested money in a trip to pick up a vehicle that was described in the video and on the phone as being in great shape. I told them they had me because it would now require a cab ride back to the airport and 2 more last minute airline tickets. After discussion they were only willing to knock off $300 dollars. I was not happy but agreed because the entire ordeal would end up costing me $1500 to $2000 and I would have nothing. I drove the truck home only to have a fuel control actuator go bad on the drive back. I replaced it and mechanically the truck has been fine. Once home the truck required over $2500 worth of body work to repair body damage and rust issues. I would not recommend this dealership! More

I made a cash purchase from Lenz. I worked with Brad for over three months as I got my money together. He was very professional and up front with the process and what trucks he had available. Lenz has the b over three months as I got my money together. He was very professional and up front with the process and what trucks he had available. Lenz has the best selection in a 500 mile area. I never went to the dealership or saw the truck first hand. Lenz video was very clear and the details on the truck were very well spelled out. Brad also worked with me on my trade in (sight unseen) and made me a fair deal. If you are in the market for a truck, this place is hard to beat and the follow up is excellent. Communicating with the employees at the dealership was very easy - starting with an online chat to answer initial questions. All of the employees were helpful and friendly. The vehicle was as described very easy - starting with an online chat to answer initial questions. All of the employees were helpful and friendly. The vehicle was as described and was priced right. There was no high pressure to buy and no negotiating on price. The dealership had a nice children's area to keep kids busy while we discussed the vechicle. One negative note was that when we got the vechicle (shortly after we test drove it) the Auto Armor coating on the interior wasn't fully dry which was sort of messy. More
