My wife and I took off to price some trucks, a friend told me about Lenz Truck Center, so we headed out to Fond du Lac. We started to go thru the parking looking at all the trucks but there was such a g told me about Lenz Truck Center, so we headed out to Fond du Lac. So we went to the office and told Brad what we wanted, soon we were test driving trucks, least then an hour we were driving a truck home. Happy that there were no pressure to buy. More

My ratings were pretty high because I had a really good overall experience. We drove a long way to get there and enjoyed looking at all the different vehicles for sale. I have purchased at least 10 new trucks in my life, and this was by far the best experience, and its more fun buying used and having all the toys someone else already put on and payed for. Because of my crazy schedule this time of year we had one possible day to purchase a new car. Brad called us in morning and from the time we first spoke on the phone till he had us approved for the vehicle w possible day to purchase a new car. Brad called us in morning and from the time we first spoke on the phone till he had us approved for the vehicle we wanted was maybe 45 minutes... He not only got us approved but got us an AMAZING interest rate for our purchase! We live about two hours away from the dealership & they agreed to stay late for us even on a Saturday. The customer service here far out ways anything I've seen. The 2008 Buick Enclave was just what we were looking for and in excellent shape...We really love it and will be coming back again when it is time for our next car:) More

My entire experience at Lenz Truck Center has been positive and enjoyable. I had first contacted the dealership via email, and received a prompt follow up and reply. I was able to list three vehicles I was interested in, and by the time I had arrived, Brad had them all pulled into the viewing area, indoors! I test drove the vehicles. There was never a hassle or pressure to buy from any of the salesmen, not your typical used truck/car salesmen, that is for sure! Over the next two weeks, I spoke with Nik Tries over the phone and email, and was able to get pre-approved at a very decent rate. All the paperwork was set, and when I returned to purchase, the process went smoothly. Technicians and other employees were very frinedly and helpful during the short wait to have some protection done on the vehicle. Prices were at the very least, right on. I had searched many, MANY, other dealerships, as well as online, and could not find a comparible vehicle at a lower price. More

I bought a Ford Excursion From Brad Lenz last Fall. I had my eye on this type of vehicle for some time and finally I had the money to buy one. I got a 2002 Diesel Excursion from you and I can not tell you ho my eye on this type of vehicle for some time and finally I had the money to buy one.
