I needed a car wash as I had road tar on the car which I cannot get off. Jill mad sure I was able to get the car washed & not have to wait for hours. Your entire service crew is excellent! More

A pleasant surprise. I stopped by to have some work done on my current car and while I was waiting I decided to look around the used car area to see if there was something I stopped by to have some work done on my current car and while I was waiting I decided to look around the used car area to see if there was something I liked. I mentioned to one of the salesmen that I was wondering if John Wollny still worked there and he said yes and in fact he was there now. John came out to see me while I was looking through the cars and we talked a little about my last purchase and then started talking about my desire to trade up to a newer car. As it happened a 2016 Enclave had just came in and he asked if I would like to see it. One thing led to another and I ended up buying the newer car. Just like the first time, John was very friendly, informative and unfortunately quite convincing. I just picked up my car today and I couldn't be more happy with the car or the service that was afforded me by the entire Bocker group. I am very happy that I stopped by Bocker on that particular day. Thanks to everyone involved with my purchase. More

The thing broke, they fixed it. I had a problem with my gear-shift... It woild not recognize that the car was in park and allow me to take my key out... Just checking. I came in with three issues that evidently wasn't bad enough to do anything with just yet. I.m still not happy with the back up camera as it is indicating by the beeping sound that I am close to the object behind when in reality I am still about 4-5 feet away yet.?? The staff is friendly and informative. More

Once and Done I saw an advertisement on the internet for special discounts and it sparked my interest in seeing what kind of deal I could possibly make.
