Power steering recall I brought in my GMC for a power steering recall. I also have a bad rattle in my dash board that I talked to Brad about. Since my warranty has run out on my 2015 GMC my husband and I decided not to spend the money not knowing how much it would end up costing. I am dissappointed that a newer GMC would would end up sounding like at 10 year old car that is falling apart. I am in no way blaming Brad. He was very honest in telling me that it could end up being very costly. More

Bocker was able to put in a new battery, change the oil. I had a dead battery and called AAA to provide a jump. I immediately called Bocker when my SUV was running. Remind you, I didn't have an appointment as had no idea when AAA would come to start my SUV. A service representative of Bocker told me to bring the car right in and they would work me in. They not only put in a new battery but rotated the tires and changed the oil all in a very timely manner. I was delighted to get it done. Great they had a battery on hand to install! A pleasant surprise. I stopped by to have some work done on my current car and while I was waiting I decided to look around the used car area to see if there was something I stopped by to have some work done on my current car and while I was waiting I decided to look around the used car area to see if there was something I liked. I mentioned to one of the salesmen that I was wondering if John Wollny still worked there and he said yes and in fact he was there now. John came out to see me while I was looking through the cars and we talked a little about my last purchase and then started talking about my desire to trade up to a newer car. As it happened a 2016 Enclave had just came in and he asked if I would like to see it. One thing led to another and I ended up buying the newer car. Just like the first time, John was very friendly, informative and unfortunately quite convincing. I just picked up my car today and I couldn't be more happy with the car or the service that was afforded me by the entire Bocker group.
