Needed to have headlight and side light replaced. I just took our car in to have the headlight replaced but they complete checked the vehicle over to see if anything else was needed. Also, when I got I just took our car in to have the headlight replaced but they complete checked the vehicle over to see if anything else was needed. Also, when I got to Bockers, April had the car wait to take me to work and took care of all the paper work very quickly. Very happy with the service. Thank you! More

Power steering recall I brought in my GMC for a power steering recall. I also have a bad rattle in my dash board that I talked to Brad about. He checked it out and said the I brought in my GMC for a power steering recall. I also have a bad rattle in my dash board that I talked to Brad about. He checked it out and said they would probably have a couple of hours labor to find out where the problem was coming from. Since my warranty has run out on my 2015 GMC my husband and I decided not to spend the money not knowing how much it would end up costing. I am dissappointed that a newer GMC would would end up sounding like at 10 year old car that is falling apart. I am in no way blaming Brad. He was very honest in telling me that it could end up being very costly. More

Bocker was able to put in a new battery, change the oil. I had a dead battery and called AAA to provide a jump. I immediately called Bocker when my SUV was running. Remind you, I didn't have an appointment I had a dead battery and called AAA to provide a jump. I immediately called Bocker when my SUV was running. Remind you, I didn't have an appointment as had no idea when AAA would come to start my SUV. A service representative of Bocker told me to bring the car right in and they would work me in. They not only put in a new battery but rotated the tires and changed the oil all in a very timely manner. I was delighted to get it done. Great they had a battery on hand to install! Great experience! Brad and a female service agent were most helpful! More
