I purchased a 2023 Toyota RAV4 Hybrid XSE today with Mark's assistance. Not only did he walk me through the entire process from start to finish, he also went above and beyond by helping me set up my Toy Mark's assistance. Not only did he walk me through the entire process from start to finish, he also went above and beyond by helping me set up my Toyota mobile app, explaining the entire dashboard and control buttons, and going on a test drive with me. Mark was very welcoming and made my car buying experience stress free and enjoyable! Brad assisted me with finalizing the purchase and walked me through the warranty options available without applying any pressure. He was able to give me a great deal for which I am very thankful for.
