Especially John and Brad each of whom went through signing papers with us ! We had tried Honda Frontanc first and sat for 45 minutes with not a single person acknowledging us aside from one guy who kept saying someone would be right with us .... no good ! Rick paired us up with Joe and we couldn't have asked for a better experience. Not only did Joe help us to find a new 2018 Civic with exactly the features and color that we were looking for, he also set us up with a lease option that better fit our needs, came to pick us up at a nearby competing dealership that had given us a better outright purchase option on our old car, and stayed well past the closing time of the his dealership (we showed up later in the afternoon on a Saturday) to make sure that we were fully taken care of. Brad in Finance presented everything in a clear, concise manner and helped us to fully understand all the different options available to us as we hadn't gone through the lease process with a vehicle before. Brad also stayed well past closing time for the dealership and did a phenomenal job of making us feel fully taken care of. We will absolutely be doing all of our vehicle purchases with the Mungenast family of dealerships going forward and Joe will be my go-to rep for both my family and any referrals that I may have. More

We discussed our trade in 2009 Honda that had 130,000 miles and I received the amount that I expected. I worked a couple of weeks checking out all the data on the Honda., I usually have a miserable time buying a car but the experience that we had with Rob was great. More

Within minutes of my first email to him I had a reply, even though some of my emails were at odd hours of the day. I never felt like a bother to him. I test drove two cars, one a sport and one an LX. The sport was out of my price range and Joe did what he could to try and make it work but absolutely did not pressure me to get the sport which was not something I could afford just to make a bigger sale. Instead he was understanding and helped make the LX work for me. He is very knowledgeable about the cars he is selling and answered all of my questions. All of the staff made my first car buying experience very easy, unpressured, and exciting. Joe got me a very very good deal on my car, anyone I have told has been amazed! Brad McDonald was also very helpful and professional. I would and do HIGHLY reccomend Mungenest honda and Joe Basler and Brad McDonald specifically. More

We didn't feel ANY pressure to decide. Kurt was only there to help us. Whatever question or concern we had was answered with speed and honesty. Kurt would have spent all day helping us if we needed. Great guy. Mungenast Honda was clean, organized and efficient. We went through their financing department during their busiest time and they were still fast. We traded in a car as well, and they gave us a good price for it. I would (and well) recommend Mungenast to all our friends and family looking for a good car at a great price. More

I neglected to set up an official meeting, but just decided to show up- no problem, he came less than five minutes later. Told him what I wanted, did the test drive, filled the paper work. Joe answered all my questions and didn't pressure me or give me any nonsense. The price was exactly what was quoted. I wish all dealers were like this. Shout out to Brad who explained all the warranty info- that was pretty fast too. And a thanks to Amanda, who explained all the techy new stuff and features of my new car. Thanks everyone, I'll definitely recommend this place in the future! More
