Joe helped us get two cars and both times were seamless and quick, while Joe was getting everything in order multiple team members chatted with us and were extremely friendly and personable ! Especially John and Brad each of whom went through signing papers with us ! We had tried Honda Frontanc first and sat for 45 minutes with not a single person acknowledging us aside from one guy who kept saying someone would be right with us .... no good ! So glad we jumped in the car and headed to Mungenast !!!!! Thanks Joe!!! More

Fantastic experience We went in to Mungenast Honda on the recommendation of a friend and the suggestion to meet with Rick Brennan after looking at used Civic's for the pas We went in to Mungenast Honda on the recommendation of a friend and the suggestion to meet with Rick Brennan after looking at used Civic's for the past few weeks and not finding one with the features and color that we wanted. Rick paired us up with Joe and we couldn't have asked for a better experience. Not only did Joe help us to find a new 2018 Civic with exactly the features and color that we were looking for, he also set us up with a lease option that better fit our needs, came to pick us up at a nearby competing dealership that had given us a better outright purchase option on our old car, and stayed well past the closing time of the his dealership (we showed up later in the afternoon on a Saturday) to make sure that we were fully taken care of. Brad in Finance presented everything in a clear, concise manner and helped us to fully understand all the different options available to us as we hadn't gone through the lease process with a vehicle before. Brad also stayed well past closing time for the dealership and did a phenomenal job of making us feel fully taken care of. We will absolutely be doing all of our vehicle purchases with the Mungenast family of dealerships going forward and Joe will be my go-to rep for both my family and any referrals that I may have. More

Rob had a car pulled up to the store and I took it for a drive after Rob went thru the controls with me. It was a great ride. We discussed our trade in 2009 Honda that had 130,000 miles and I received the amount that I expected. I worked a couple of weeks checking out all the data on the Honda., I usually have a miserable time buying a car but the experience that we had with Rob was great. More

Fantastic!! I just bought my first car the other day, I was very nervous to go to the dealership but Joe was EXTREMELY helpful and welcoming! Within minutes of my I just bought my first car the other day, I was very nervous to go to the dealership but Joe was EXTREMELY helpful and welcoming! Within minutes of my first email to him I had a reply, even though some of my emails were at odd hours of the day. I never felt like a bother to him. I test drove two cars, one a sport and one an LX. The sport was out of my price range and Joe did what he could to try and make it work but absolutely did not pressure me to get the sport which was not something I could afford just to make a bigger sale. Instead he was understanding and helped make the LX work for me. He is very knowledgeable about the cars he is selling and answered all of my questions. All of the staff made my first car buying experience very easy, unpressured, and exciting. Joe got me a very very good deal on my car, anyone I have told has been amazed! Brad McDonald was also very helpful and professional. I would and do HIGHLY reccomend Mungenest honda and Joe Basler and Brad McDonald specifically. More
