I recently had a very disappointing experience with a service advisor at BRAD NIMZ . From the start, the advisor was extremely nonchalant, showing little interest in listening to my concerns about my veh service advisor at BRAD NIMZ . From the start, the advisor was extremely nonchalant, showing little interest in listening to my concerns about my vehicle. Their dismissive attitude made me feel unwelcome and undervalued as a customer. What shocked me most was the discriminatory tone in their treatment. It felt as though they made assumptions about me based on my appearance or circumstances. To make matters worse, they also assumed I would not be able to pay for the diagnostic bill without any reason to believe that. This assumption was both insulting and offensive. A service advisor should provide courteous, professional, and fair treatment to every customer. Instead, I left feeling humiliated and frustrated. I would not recommend this service center based on the behavior of this advisor, and I hope the management takes steps to address such conduct to prevent other customers from having the same experience. More
