An unexpected event happened while my car was brough in for service. The service team and management went out of their way to make sure everything was taken care of, and that all the issues were resolved t for service. My first time at Subaru of Jax with my 2015 Forester XT. I bought it used so I had no idea what had been maintained on the vehicle. My service rep listen to what I wanted to do and steered me in the right I bought it used so I had no idea what had been maintained on the vehicle. My service rep listen to what I wanted to do and steered me in the right direction of not wasting money on services I may not need. I had a lots of questions and I got plenty of correct answers. My SUV received flying colors that it was in good shape. The mechanic was through and let Mike know what I needed and I had them do it. Now I have a vehicle I know I can trust and lrely on for years to come. More

I brought my Subaru 2007 forestall due to a weird noise and oil change. Mr. mark drove it and told me it is wheel bearing and found out that it will costs me thousands of dollars. Since I relied on social and oil change. Mr. mark drove it and told me it is wheel bearing and found out that it will costs me thousands of dollars. Since I relied on social security retire,ent money,I told him I have to save money first. But my friends son told me it is not safe to drive so I went back to Subaru and. Mr brad north, service adviser checked on my car and told me it will need to get diagnosed first and will costs me $170.00 and $2300.00 for the two rear wheels first. So I went to the bank and ask for a small loan and have it done. He gave me a car loaner to use so Ivan go home and also drop/pick-up me grandson.the next day I went back to pick up my car and now more noise and safe to drive my car. Now am saving for the two front wheels to replace the wheel bearings. Since I bought my car in 2014 from your dealer, I have always received a 5 star and honest service.
