They lie, and won’t work with you. Everyone there is very rude people. They wouldn’t even shake my hand or hand me the keys after buying a truck. Had to pick the keys up off the desk! Heritage sold me a truck representing that it had features that worked, but upon closer inspection it did not. Multiple times we had conversations about the backing lights in the bumper and they repr features that worked, but upon closer inspection it did not. Multiple times we had conversations about the backing lights in the bumper and they represented them to be a wonderful add on that obviously worked. They assured me that they would get me an answer about turning them on. However, when I got the vehicle home and investigated further, I found the lights didn’t work because they were not even wired up. The lights were placed in the rear bumper but the wiring was just tied up under the bed of the truck. I’ve called/emailed to get the situation rectified, but am yet to find a resolution. More
