Heritage sold me a truck representing that it had features that worked, but upon closer inspection it did not. Multiple times we had conversations about the backing lights in the bumper and they repr features that worked, but upon closer inspection it did not. Multiple times we had conversations about the backing lights in the bumper and they represented them to be a wonderful add on that obviously worked. They assured me that they would get me an answer about turning them on. However, when I got the vehicle home and investigated further, I found the lights didn’t work because they were not even wired up. The lights were placed in the rear bumper but the wiring was just tied up under the bed of the truck. I’ve called/emailed to get the situation rectified, but am yet to find a resolution. More

Brad was fine. He tried the best he could to help us. Pre sale manager Dustin was ok when we talked to him Friday. We asked uf we could put a deposit down to hold t He tried the best he could to help us. Pre sale manager Dustin was ok when we talked to him Friday. We asked uf we could put a deposit down to hold the truck till Saturday. The dealership wasn’t coming close to a cash offer we had for our trade in back at home which was 3 hrs away. Brad went to ask if they would take our deposit of $5000.00. He came back and said no!! Really???? But earlier in the day Brad had stated he had a couple coming in to put a deposit on a truck another couple was about to go test drive. Really???? So why wouldn’t they take ours??? Yes we were trying to get as much for our trade in as we could just like every other customer does. So we left and went home and sold our truck. Called the dealership about 10 minutes before they closed. Truck we wanted was still there. SO. We get up at 4:45AM to get there when they opened. We asked since we had a large chunk of cash could they come down on the price a little? Well Dustin came back over and VERY rudely said he wasn’t coming down on price at all and got up and left!!! As much as we had gone through for 2 weeks to find a truck we agreed to buy it. So after signing papers Brad came and got us when the truck was ready. I said well thank you for putting up with us. He said your fine. Brad took Jack out to truck showed him a couple things then left. NEVER SHOOK HIS HAND NOR SAID THANK YOU FOR YOUR BUSINESS!!!!! And Dustin (pre sale manager) never came back to say thank you for your business either. The nicest person we dealt with was the finance man. The whole transaction was uncomfortable They even said well we hide stuff to help us get what we need. If we had not been through so much the past 2 weeks in looking for a truck we probably would have walked out not buying it. More
