Hands down best car dealership experience I have ever had! Let me start with I absolutely HATE buying vehicles at a dealership...the runaround, going back and forth, and at the end of your visit you get to lea Let me start with I absolutely HATE buying vehicles at a dealership...the runaround, going back and forth, and at the end of your visit you get to leave with another bill...My wife wanted an Acadia, but didn't want to spend any money, I wanted a certified used low mileage vehicle; obviously those wants are like oil and water. Tasked with this impossible purchase I began looking and found very few options. Then I ran into this dealership and requested info on a few of their vehicles. I was contacted by Brad, told him what my wants in the vehicle were and my expectation of how I wanted the deal to go down if I were to purchase a vehicle. We hammered out the most to the details prior to me coming in. He was understanding, pleasant, and courteous (but not in the cheesy "I'm going to get your money way") in a very respectful way. He totally got me to drive the hour and a half or more to the dealership. When I arrived Brad was with another client, so I was introduced to Jimmy. He too was a rockstar! He knew his stuff about this vehicle. He walked me through the bells and whistles, got my trade in evaluated, and also was incredibly easy to talk to and accommodative. We worked out a deal that was everything I asked for, and then they made it even better! There was no going back and forth for a couple bucks here or a couple bucks there, I didn't have to threaten to leave or walk from the deal. It honestly was a breath of fresh air. Now I still left with a vehicle payment, but like I said this was by far my best experience at a dealership. I then talked to Nathan the finance guy, he was just as awesome! He was just a regular guy trying to do a great job for the customer and his employer! Everyone there was just straight up, honest, and did their best. I will be back in 2-3 years to buy my new GMC truck! Thanks gentlemen for taking care of me and my family! I look forward to many years of business with you and sending EVERYONE that I know to you for help in getting the transportation needs taken care of!!! More
