Jeff and Brad were very responsive to our specific vehicle needs. They were very honest and upfront about what they could do for us, and likewise, we were honest and upfront about where we needed the price points to be to fit into our budget. Once the deal was formed, we had a great experience with Nathan Phillips, the general finance manager. He was helpful and patient in explaining the paperwork and discussing various warranty and service options with us. Within 48 hours of our first visit, we were driving away with our new vehicle. Top Notch Purchasing Experience I went to 4 dealers in the area to get not only the best price but the best “feeling” and preffered color combination. Honestly they were all polite, I went to 4 dealers in the area to get not only the best price but the best “feeling” and preffered color combination. Honestly they were all polite, informative, helpful, and little pressure at ALL dealers. Jimmy Britt Chevrolet and GMC and all staff (Fabian Glave in particular) were very professional. I have taken delivery of the truck now and I would do it all over again with this dealership in the future. Truck had 223 miles when delivered but still considered new as warranty had not started yet. As a first time new vehicle buyer, I had a bit to learn. Thank you (Jimmy Britt) for an enjoyable experience and I hope for years of safe and worry free operation of the truck. Regarding price, we as customers always want lower therefore giving you a “4” gives the other “5s” more credibility but still I’m happy 😊. More

There were many questions I could have used help with but had to ask for help elsewhere. Would have been nice to have had a call to see how I liked the car and were there any questions.
