Honestly they were all polite, informative, helpful, and little pressure at ALL dealers. Jimmy Britt Chevrolet and GMC and all staff (Fabian Glave in particular) were very professional. I have taken delivery of the truck now and I would do it all over again with this dealership in the future. Truck had 223 miles when delivered but still considered new as warranty had not started yet. As a first time new vehicle buyer, I had a bit to learn. Thank you (Jimmy Britt) for an enjoyable experience and I hope for years of safe and worry free operation of the truck. Regarding price, we as customers always want lower therefore giving you a “4” gives the other “5s” more credibility but still I’m happy 😊. More

Disappointed Emails and calls everyday till they had my money and not one word since. I did not go to the dealership because it was too far for me to drive. There were many questions I could have used help with but had to ask for help elsewhere. Would have been nice to have had a call to see how I liked the car and were there any questions. Not very professional in my opinion. ?? More
