Great process. Not pushy, informative. Asked me questions then showed me how they could make it work. I liked the No pushing “easy on the hard sell” approach. Went Not pushy, informative. I don’t think anyone likes the hard sell (selling down if they have a car to sell it up if they think they can get me there. Meet MY needs, not the dealerships….). I think it worked well for both sides on this one. They seemed to all work well together. Sales person, Manager and the Finance guy…. More

The salesperson as very friendly and cordial. As in most situations when buying a vehicle, we were not there the entire day. That was definitely a big plus.
