The next day I noticed white plastic on the edge of the hood which I assume was remnants of wrapping used for shipping. Also car wasn't washed real good around the Sirius radio antenna. Little items but should've been caught. More

Chad had multiple cars in mind for me to test drive when I came in the next day. He spent the whole day with me trying to find the right car. I am totally Goldie Lox when it comes to things. He was so patient with me. After I found the one, discussed with Cody where I needed to be as far as trade in credit for my current car and monthly payments. Chad, Cody and Brad working together got me in the right car with in my budget. And of course, Chad went above and beyond like always and dropped my workout bag that I had left in my trade in car at my house. More

Even though the one I had emailed him had already been bought, he was able able to work with Brad to get me into an even better car. Brad worked hard for me to get me approved and ready to go the same day so I could bring my new Focus home. They both are exceptional.
