My first lease; my first Kia On a recent visit to a Green Bay, I mentioned that though I was very happy and impressed with my 2012 Ford Taurus, it was beginning to feel a little r On a recent visit to a Green Bay, I mentioned that though I was very happy and impressed with my 2012 Ford Taurus, it was beginning to feel a little restrictive on our long drives to and from Florida. Our son, Brad Zerilli, suggested driving a Ford Edge or a Kia Sorento. Conveniently, he met us for lunch, driving the Edge. We have been a Ford family for generations so I wasn't surprised at the Edge's comfort, sense of security and quality, but I was curious about a Kia product. Next, I drove a Kia Sorento and was very surprised at the similarities to the Edge. Brad suggested considering a lease option, which I 'd never considered, and presented the perameters and advantages, which were very convincing. Next, my concerns were a monthly payment greater than I'd been paying, which Brad assured me would not exceed what I was already accustomed to. The whole experience, though unexpected, was comfortable, easy and enlightening. I felt in no way pressured but was made aware of options that I had no prior knowledge of. I have been driving my new Kia Sorento with pleasure, appreciating the great gas mileage, comfort and good looks of this vehicle. More

Rio and Sportage We originally came to the dealer to look at new Kia Rio's. We found a Kia sedan that had all the extras that we wanted, however we also wanted the ca We originally came to the dealer to look at new Kia Rio's. We found a Kia sedan that had all the extras that we wanted, however we also wanted the car to be a hatchback. We worked with Brad Zerili to find us this car, at this time we were not trading in any cars with this deal. Brad had to find us a car and said he would let us know when he had one and when they could get it delivered to the dealership. A few days later he called us and said that the car had been delivered. We set up a time to come in to purchase the car, however when we got there the car did not have hands free calling. This is one of the options we had discussed with Brad and we were set on having in the car. Brad apologized over and over and took full responsibility for the lack of this option in the car, he also referred us to Jim Eliason to discuss perhaps adding an aftermarket version of the calling feature. Jim was very knowledgeable and explained the version to us but we felt that it was not able to perform the tasks we were looking for. On a prior visit to the dealer we had driven and reviewed the Kia Sportage with Brad and told him that we most likely would be purchasing a Rio first and looking to purchase a SUV in the fall after we purchased a small car. So, when the wrong Rio was delivered as long as we were at the dealer we decided to review the Sportage once again and get a quote on our trade in vehicle as we had already been to another dealer to get our trade-in appraised. Brad was able to match the other dealers appraisal and give us what we felt was a good deal on purchasing the 2014 Sportage. We now have a 2014 Sportage and we are very happy with our purchase. We felt very comfortable working with Brad and would recommend him to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle. Brad agreed to watch for a Rio with the options we want in a slightly used vehicle for us. We look forward to working with him again. More

When we arrived at the dealership, we were greeted and helped right away. We met Brad and proceeded to test drive the vehicle. Brad was incredibly helpful and informative when it came to making decisions about a vehicle. We did not feel pressured in any way. We opted for a different color vehicle which Brad was able to find and have delivered to the dealership in less than 2 days. We are so happy with the vehicle that we purchased. Brad made every attempt to make sure that we were completely satisfied with our purchase. The overall experience was great! We will definitely choose Dorsch Ford for any future purchases that we make! More
