This was exactly what I was looking for while car shopping. I was really unhappy with how the financing department handled the loan. No one called to talk about the numbers in the week leading up to getting the car. I ended up calling my salesman to help get the paperwork looked at. When I did talk to someone in financing (just hours before picking up the car) it felt rushed and at least once I mentioned that the numbers he was quoting me varied from what I had been told while I was at Dorsch. The man was very helpful when it turned out my partner had forgotten his checkbook. Eventually everything worked out but financing should have been handled earlier in the week, not hours before picking up the car. Brad was very helpful, professional and made sure I knew how the car worked before leaving. I also appreciated his followup call. More

Jim helped us out with some questions about leasing, and Cody made sure the financing went smoothly. Everyone made their part of the experience as positive as they could. The experience could have been improved however, by shortening the amount of time that a customer must sit waiting for pricing and financing. This is true of most car dealers, but it is a very irritating aspect of the experience and Dorsch Ford Kia would do well to buck the trend. More

On my initial visit to Dorsch Ford Kia I was only on a fact finding mission to look at hybrids. My preference from a previous test drive was the Ford Fusion. I took the opportunity to test both he Fusion fact finding mission to look at hybrids. My preference from a previous test drive was the Ford Fusion. I took the opportunity to test both he Fusion and Optima to compare. I decided the Fusion was out of my price interest and had decided to keep my previous car instead. Brad worked with me and showed me the various options for financing and leasing, many of which I was unaware until the visit. Over the next few days I traded emails with Brad on numerous questions, and after an additional test drive of the Optima decided that was the car for me. I felt Brad's professionalism and friendliness was a direct reason why my purchase was within my wants, needs, and provided extras I was not expecting. I have purchased cars direct from auction, and now from multiple dealerships, and this was by far the best experience I have had. The entire team at Dorsch Ford Kia made me feel at home and did not add any pressure to a big purchase decision. Thanks to Brad and the entire team for providing a civil shopping experience to change my opinion of how buying a car should be. More
