I was not happy that my car was damaged more than before I brought in on the exterior.there was a dent when I came in when I left more of my fender was damaged. Service Error My vehicle battery died one month after the service department did not recommend an upgrade at my last service appointment. Needed to get jumped and a My vehicle battery died one month after the service department did not recommend an upgrade at my last service appointment. Needed to get jumped and a brand new battery put in. 2 weeks later the brand new battery failed and needed a replacement. Wasn't until I was checking out that the service rep told me that at anyone of the last 3 appointments I had in the last month and a half that I should have done my "big" 60,000 mile service and tune up. That is just poor customer service to daily to mention the battery or the major service to a customer who has been in repeatedly. More
