My entire automotive career has been spent at Crown over the past 20 years. Graduate of Brother Martin High School and the University of New Orleans. My main source of business comes from repeat customers and referrals. We had a great experience with the exception of the issue with detailing on the day we received our vehicle. The detailers apparent used a harsh towel which left circular light scratches over the entire veh with detailing on the day we received our vehicle. Mr. Coco attempted to have it corrected on two occasions however the light scratches are still visible. Very disappointed as this is a new vehicle and should have no visible scratches. More
