The process was conducted very professionally, and was completed in a matter of days. Being from out of town (a nearly 6-hour trip one way), there is always the possibility of unpleasant surprises. I had previously done all of my homework, and I am happy to say there were no surprises on price; vehicle availability; and the vehicle color and options were as advertised (e.g. no bait-and-switch issues). In short, a frank and honest negotiation that was honored all the way through the final purchase transaction. Bradley showed us all aspects of the vehicle before bidding us safe travels, and all Stuckey Ford personnel we encountered were very friendly and helpful. I recommend Stuckey Ford to both local and out-of-state buyers. I have already recommended them to several of my friends as a placing this dealer on their "short list" for consideration. Felt very pressured; horrible service department. The sales persons and managers I dealt with were very pushy, would not even consider negotiating price, and because I am 23 they assumed I could and w The sales persons and managers I dealt with were very pushy, would not even consider negotiating price, and because I am 23 they assumed I could and would be pressured into a lease, which I made clear from the beginning I did not want. The car I bought there last year has transmission issues, it took several phone calls to schedule due to the lack of response and availability of staff in the service department, and the day of the appointment, one hour prior to the scheduled time the service department called to reschedule, because the one tech they DO have who can work on transmissions suddenly wasn’t available. More
