We’re truly sorry to hear about your experience and completely understand your frustration. Having to bring your vehicle back four different times, especially after it was in our service department for six days, only to have the same warning light come back on is understandably very disappointing. We don’t want you to feel like you’re on your own with this. Please reach out to our service team and ask for Manny, our Service Manager, so we can take another look at the vehicle and work toward getting this resolved properly. We understand that your confidence in the vehicle has been affected, and we want to do everything we can to make this situation right.
