All I can say is make sure you get everything in writing and in detail because they will make promises they will not keep. And make sure you get copies. More

I made an appointment at 9:00 to get my oil change. They did not get my truck into the bay until 11:00. 10 hours and 15 min. I can say with 100 percent that I would never ever recommend Reliable Nissan and I am not sure if I will ever use your services again. I booked an I can say with 100 percent that I would never ever recommend Reliable Nissan and I am not sure if I will ever use your services again. I booked an oil change and tire rotation at 7:30am. When my husband dropped off the car, a technician told him that there were 4 people ahead of him. Given that you took apt at 7am and in 15 min. Intervals. How 2 other people got ahead, not sure. Received a call from the technician around 10:30ish to save we needed new brakes. After discussion, we agreed and approved services. We called the dealership around 2:30ish since we have not heard from anybody and were told we could be done close to 5pm. Received a call from dealership an hour later telling me that the car will be done by 5pm and to be at dealership at 4:45pm. Got there at 4:45pm. Husband paid bill and asked why it took so long. The tech told him that there were other priorities ahead of us which delayed our services. So why would a dealership even have us schedule an apt for one, and if you are already working on our car at 10:45am, what priorities came before?? So we waited. And waited. And waited. They told my husband there was something going on with a caliber which was sticking and thats why it is being delayed. We did not leave the dealership until an hour later...5:45pm. Unacceptable. We are unable to rate service tech as we dont know who worked on the car, or we spoke with over phone. More
