If I could give Roush Honda 10 stars I would. I called and spoke with Jim Hartsook. I told him my unique situation and what I was looking for. He had me complete an application online and within I called and spoke with Jim Hartsook. I told him my unique situation and what I was looking for. He had me complete an application online and within the hour called back to tell me I was approved. Once I got to the dealership, I worked with Brandon. Brandon was nothing short of amazing. Very nice, very professional, he made the car purchasing experience very easy. In the Finance department I worked with Mike. Mike explained all of the documents making sure that I completely understood what I was signing. I never felt pressured to add on the additional warranty (although I did add it on. It was a great deal). My experience with Roush was probably the best experience I ever had with regard to purchasing a new car. I would absolutely recommend that anyone looking to buy their first or next car call Roush Honda. They are the epitome of excellent customer service. KUDOS!!!! More

Brandon was very personable. He kept us informed about when we could expect the Ridgeline we wanted to arrive at Roush.
