We were first introduced to Victor back in March of 2023 with a trade-in and he was very professional, efficient, and candid about the valuation. When we decided on the model and trim for our QX50 Sport, Victor worked tirelessly to assist us to find the vehicle in the state of Florida. When the vehicle was delivered to the dealership, before we picked it up, we called Victor and told him we wanted an AWD instead, and apologized for the last minute change. Victor found 1 vehicle matching our specs within an hour, and drove to Daytona Beach that same day- before Hurricane Idalia was coming into Florida, and drove the vehicle back to Orlando! His team had it ready for us to take home within hours before the winds and rain hit Central Florida. He is a testament to the dealership and the Infiniti brand for the high quality and caliber of individuals they hire and outstanding customer service they provide. We will definitely be back!
