Silverado I have a boat to vehicles from stingray Chevrolet and dealt with the same salesman both times. Both times he has stuck with me even later tonight to make sure I get the best deal. Also my last Silverado, are use the service center with the representative Francisco Chavez. He also been over backwards to make sure I have it in service and a speedy fashion. Not to mention the selection stingray Chevrolet is unsurpassed. More

Very poor communication I bought a truck (with Brian Doyle) that had 3700 worth of repairs that needed to be done within the first 3 weeks of owning it . I do appreciate the dealership(Scott Ledbetter) fixing the problems however, I had to call the service advisor (mike Engle) everyday to get updates, he promised the truck back to me Friday (we dropped it off Saturday night 8/17) I didn’t actually get the truck til the following Tuesday (8/27) I lost quite a bit of money daily because of this, as this is my business truck. Then when I got the truck back they didn’t replace the damaged fan shroud that was attached to the radiator that was replaced, and I had to spend 179.00 plus labor on a new one. I was told this was a 2 hour job, no reason it should have taken so long with no follow up. I do understand it was at a different dealership but the service advisor should have been on top of the situation. More

Great buying experience I’m a return customer of Stingray Chevrolet and they definitely do take the hassle out of buying a car. They didn’t have the exact model I wanted so I’m a return customer of Stingray Chevrolet and they definitely do take the hassle out of buying a car. They didn’t have the exact model I wanted so we searched and they were able to get it from another dealership. No pressure to buy , just eager to make the customer happy. I work in customer service myself as a claims adjuster and know what it means to put the customer first and I have to say Stingray has it on point!!! More

Our overall first impressions where very favorable as we moved into Paul's cubicle for the "nitty gritty. this process was short lived as Paul was about to meet our trade value. At this point, the processed of creating the various documents began. Our visit with Brandon Brown was quite painless as we sighed and dated various required documents. Once the financial data had been signed and dated our way, Oh, let us not forget the service provided by JAKE> Although, we were overwhelmed, Jake did his best to overview all aspects of our new 2020 Chevy Equinox, then we were on our way.
