Brandon went ABOVE and beyond for me. I flew down from Seattle to pick up my new RAV4, but the car was delayed at the docks. Brandon arrived at 7am the next morning (they don’t open until I flew down from Seattle to pick up my new RAV4, but the car was delayed at the docks. Brandon arrived at 7am the next morning (they don’t open until 8) to see if the car arrived for me. He immediately called me and told me it’s here. By the time I arrived, he had the car cleaned, gas filled, and inspection complete. He was also awesome during the paperwork process and made sure everything made sense for me. Very calm demeanor and zero sales pressure. Being in sales myself, I know how much of an art it is to make customers feel calm and comfortable during a purchase. 5 stars to Angel, Brandon, and the entire Royal Moore team. More
