I have stayed away from dealerships due to negative past experiences with sales. My experience with Brandon was the opposite. He was patient, and kind, not pushy. The initial truck I went to look at was not what I wanted, he listened and instantly knew what would be the right fit. There was no pressure, just a simple suggestion that turned out to be exactly what I was looking for. He was also an expert in all the features and sat with me and walked me through all the features that probably would’ve taken me weeks to figure out. If or when I’m ever in the market again I will be definitely coming back to see Brandon! I will also be referring him to friends and family seeking to purchase a new vehicle. THANK YOU BRANDON and ROYAL MOORE. More

I’ve spent a lot of time over the past two months checking out Toyotas and visiting many local dealerships and especially after some very stressful experiences I was really thrilled at how welcoming checking out Toyotas and visiting many local dealerships and especially after some very stressful experiences I was really thrilled at how welcoming and helpful and knowledgeable all of the help I received from Brandon English was. It’s my first time purchasing a new car and there were a lot of moving pieces but he was incredibly patient and helpful and I never felt rushed or pressured to rush such a big decision. I also really want to emphasize: I spent many hours speaking with quite a few dealerships and Brandon’s transparency about the process and up front attitude was incredibly refreshing and feels rare! Every part of this process was organized, stress-free, and he was communicative and proactive throughout each step of the process. I would absolutely work with Royal Moore again and have recommended Brandon to a few of my friends already! More
