Very helpful. It was an overall good experience. But had an issue, I insisted from minute one, I would not sign without the correct wheels being on the truck. I sh It was an overall good experience. But had an issue, I insisted from minute one, I would not sign without the correct wheels being on the truck. I show a picture of the correct wheels. The wrong wheels were ordered. I need that fixed immediately. Once complete I will have a much better opinion of this dealership. More

I had a negative experience and feel misled. I specifically requested Ford Protect, but the dealer sold me a third‑party warranty, assuring me that it was the same and that “this is what all de I specifically requested Ford Protect, but the dealer sold me a third‑party warranty, assuring me that it was the same and that “this is what all dealers sell.”After contacting Ford directly, I was informed that this warranty is NOT Ford Protect.Had I been given accurate information, I would not have agreed to this warranty.
