After explaining to them we were pre-approved with our credit union and ready to purchase they allowed us to spend 2 hours deciding on a car only to say they refused to sell me if I didn’t let them financ credit union and ready to purchase they allowed us to spend 2 hours deciding on a car only to say they refused to sell me if I didn’t let them finance the deal. I would have let them shop rates for me however the way they handled the entire deal was very greedy and self serving for themselves. It was very clear they weren’t looking for a lifelong customer. They were looking for the next “sucker” to pad their pockets! I went to Toyota of Richardson and purchased the same exact car with less miles and a very pleasant experience. More

We decided late Monday night to go to Grand Prairie Ford to just look at the new F-250. We then had a no hassle, laid back review of the pricing, no low balling on our trade and no hidden fees. It was the last day of the month and they were getting really busy but Jackie kept his calm demeanor the entire time. Even called us the next day to check in and thank us again!
