We experienced poor and incomplete communication from the salesperson, Isaac. Isaac was frequently on his phone while waiting for the sales manager. Dylan intervened during this time to offer hospitality and to ensure we had the correct app to interact with the car, correctly installed. We had driven four hours to get to the dealership, and had provided notification we were coming and wanted the Bolt to have a full charge. The car did not have a full charge, and there were other issues at presentation, including a bad smell in the car, which had ostensibly been detailed. Other issues included an inoperable sunroof sensor, dirt in the rear hatch carpet, and a completely sand-blasted front windshield. This damage was not disclosed, and was not apparent until after we had driven the car over 150 miles to get it home. This windshield is dangerously opaque in low-light conditions. We had no orientation to the operation of the car prior to departure, and we received very little interaction from Isaac at the close of sale. We were handed the fob and he left. When we had difficulties closing the sunroof at departure, Brandon and Seth both took action to help close the sunroof prior to departure.
