From the moment we arrived at Acura of Berlin, we were greeted by salesman Jim Pompei. It was our very first stop of searching for a new vehicle. Having never leased a vehicle before, Jim educated us on t greeted by salesman Jim Pompei. It was our very first stop of searching for a new vehicle. Having never leased a vehicle before, Jim educated us on the process and gave us valuable information to think about. We went on to a couple other dealerships ending up going back to Acura of Berlin. Jim impressed us from the get-go with his “tell it like it is” and keeping things “real” personality, which we appreciated. The whole process was very smooth from start to finish which included Brendon Hines and Tom Suchojad, Business Manager. Everyone was very friendly and knowledgeable.
