My experience with Acura of Berlin was amazing. Kevin and Anthony made everything so easy and stress-free. I emailed 4 other Acura dealerships in Connecticut and one in Rhode Island for a straightforward out the door price and Anthony got back to me immediately with exactly what I was looking for. 4 of the other dealerships never sent me a quote and the 1 that did wasn’t actually honest. Dealing with them at first was alittle shaking I almost felt like I was wasting their time by talking to me asking me if I was serious about buying or just looking then when I did find something I did like felt like I was wasting their time by talking to me asking me if I was serious about buying or just looking then when I did find something I did like only then did they work with me the worst thing was all the lies that came out after purchasing the suv I wanted. First was the incorrect one owner second was the missing antenna that I told them after the fact and didn’t offer to reimburse me for then was told that my factory warranty was up when it actually was not then the two open recalls on the suv so if you want a nice car or suv yes just buyer beware do better research and oh yeah by the way was called the next day asking how I liked my new suv starting telling the salesman about what I found quickly said he would check into it and never called me back real good customer service once you buy your on your own More

I knew what I wanted and Brandon did all the leg work to make it happen through text messaging and emails. I walked into the dealership (a 1 and 1/2 hr car ride from my house) and walked out 2 hours later make it happen through text messaging and emails. I walked into the dealership (a 1 and 1/2 hr car ride from my house) and walked out 2 hours later with the car that I wanted. There was no haggling, EXCEPT when it was determined there was only one key for the vehicle. I had to purchase a extra key plan to get another key which was taken out of my trade in. Overall, Jess, Kevin and Brandon did a fabulous professional job and I would highly recommend Acura of Berlin. More
