Staff was overall friendly and attentive. There was some miscommunication between departments -which made the whole paperwork process longer and more difficult than it should’ve been. After going back in forth between departments regarding my trade in we were finally able to come to an agreement, which was me putting down a bigger down payment because no one informed one another about me taking back my trade in. Which caused me to put down an even bigger down payment. Everything worked out in the end but some conflict could’ve been avoided by having better communication. More
