Steve Henigan at Toyota of Des Moines is the man. I was on a waiting list for a 2024 Grand Highlander since February 2023. He kept me up to speed on the status on a regular basis - I never wondered I was on a waiting list for a 2024 Grand Highlander since February 2023.
