Drive away HAPPY! I was in a hurry when I arrived, i told the salesman ( Brandon) i stopped to see a jeep my son had found online but we were on our way to a concert an I was in a hurry when I arrived, i told the salesman ( Brandon) i stopped to see a jeep my son had found online but we were on our way to a concert and I only had 45 min. We went for a test drive and agrred on a price, 45 min later i was done, signed and on my way. I left the jeep to be cleaned up and pick up the next day. The next day i net with David in financing to finalize paperwork, ( 30 min.) I was done out the door in my new Jeep!!! No barteing, no switching back and forth from persons. Just an easy deal done quickly and very friendly. Love this place!!!😊 More

Horrible customer experience Horrible experience buying my truck. Had to escalate to the GM as information we were given wasn’t accurate. Once deal was complete we had a horrible Horrible experience buying my truck. Had to escalate to the GM as information we were given wasn’t accurate. Once deal was complete we had a horrible experience in Finance with him being pushed and basically forced a maintenance contract on us. Despite telling him to not contact our current bank he did anyway. He also said he had a beefed rate at another bank but later it mysteriously disappeared. Then when we took delivery the truck was not cleaned nor had a full tank of gas like my other vehicle purchases had. Also I asked about lease deals and I was told there were none but later saw a commercial for a lease deal on the vehicle. Just overall horrible experience More

As a grown man, I wouldn’t normally want my hand held, but they gave me such a sense of comfort and ease as though we were walking down the boardwalk together, sipping hot cocoa (which they actually did have amazing hot cocoa and popcorn as I waited for financing). Usually the car buying experience tends to not be very pretty but (metaphorically speaking) these guys were able to throw some make-up on this hog and took first place in the County Fair of my heart. More
