Excellent Service - Crippling costs As usual, the service provided by your service department on my 2013 accord (purchased from you) was exceptional. Unfortunately, I will not be able t As usual, the service provided by your service department on my 2013 accord (purchased from you) was exceptional. Unfortunately, I will not be able to continue with your service because the costs are so high as to cripple my budget. I make fairly good money, and I still cant believe that I spent a weeks salary ($1,000.00) on a simple 60,000 mile tune up when nothing was wrong with the car - AND THAT WAS WITH MY MAINTENANCE PLAN DISCOUNTS! The conclusion on this is simple - Your Hondas are simply too expensive to maintain. So, I will give this advice to all my friends from now on: 1. NEVER EVER purchase a maintenance plan when you purchase a vehicle. Most reviews state that it is a poor value. From personal experience, I would say they are correct. 2. AVOID using the service departments of the dealerships. A pristine service bay and brand new equipment will ALWAYS translate to lower service value. Fixed costs are just too high. 3. READ the fine print on vehicle warranties. A car company will either stand behind their product, or they will not, and attaching service requirements to a warranty is a big red NOT. I will not be bringing my Honda back here. I simply can't afford it. Thanks for your time, Joe Audette More

It was a quick service and they made a few recommendations to service on my car which I took advantage of I’m a single mother with not much time so I was happy they noticed those things to get it fixed all in one shot. More

Amazing and Easy I found the entire process of purchasing a new car so easy working with Eric Johnson. It was really amazing how knowledgeable and patient he was with me. He made sure I clearly understood everything he was explaining and quite encouraging as he taught me how to work with all the newness of an updated model Honda CRV. At this point, I think I should mention that one of the reasons I went to Curry Honda was because of the wonderful service crews that worked on my older car through the years. Everyone, and I sincerely mean Everyone, at Curry are fantastic people that truly want your time with them to be as pleasant as possible. I will definitely continue to recommend Curry Honda of Chicopee. More

Thank you Mr. Conrad and Mr. Aller I am extremely pleased with my experience with Curry Honda. After having airbag recall work completed my Pilot's key came up missing...a very rare eve I am extremely pleased with my experience with Curry Honda. After having airbag recall work completed my Pilot's key came up missing...a very rare event, I'm sure, Mr. Aller had his people searching right away. When it was not located, Mr. Aller arranged to have a new key made but it wouldn't be available until the next morning so Mr. Conrad offered me his own demo car to use overnight. Those two gentlemen dealt with the missing key and my inconvenience immediately. At that time I was made to feel that nothing was more important than my satisfaction and well being. A situation that could have led to disaster was handled in a most supportive and caring way. Mr. Conrad was in control of everything and Mr Aller had his team searching for the answer to what happened to the key...and, thanks to those two men in charge, I could continue on with my day with only a minimum of my time lost. My family and I are most appreciative and we are happy Curry Honda customers. Thank you for the opportunity to praise Mr. Conrad and Mr. Aller. Sandy and David More
