Airbag Recall Employees were very courteous and efficient. Free car wash ticket was an added bonus! Great Expeprience My wife scheduled out 2nd service for this past Saturday at 2:30. We were originally told that for an appointment that late, they would not be able to My wife scheduled out 2nd service for this past Saturday at 2:30. We were originally told that for an appointment that late, they would not be able to do a sticker. We ended up dropping the car off early at 12:30 and asked if they would have the time to do the sticker while it was there. Brandon said no problem. He also noted that our mileage was just under 10,000, and it would make sense to do the 10,000 service as part of this oil change visit. We took his advice and the car was ready to be picked up before our scheduled appointment at 2:30. This experience was great. More

Awesome!!!! I came in for an inspection and the gentlemen told me in advance I would've to wait approximately 3-4 hrs because there were about 8 cars in front of I came in for an inspection and the gentlemen told me in advance I would've to wait approximately 3-4 hrs because there were about 8 cars in front of me. They suggested I come back early next morning but I decided to wait...I was there for approximately 3 hrs and it felt like 30 mins. A few of the staff and I have a good friendly relationship so it was like going home for the holidays. They are awesome, awesome, awesome guys and gals! More

Getting lost in the shuffle I made an appointment for a simple oil change on 4/1/19.. as it turns out, I was the April fool. I made the appointment on line stating that I would wait for the car. I brought my wife with me who has been diagnosed with Alzheimer’s. My Honda CR-V was the second Honda that I had purchased at Curry and I had only had it serviced at Curry including buying new tires. To make a long story short, after TWO hours of waiting I went to the service area to see what the problem was and they had no idea. The service advisor had to check and told me they were finishing up. She, Aimee did attempt to make it right by not charging me for the oil Chang, which is $51 and not cheap. The service advisor who first wrote me up was patronizing and just tried to sell me additional items and never spoke to me or even made eye contact in the waiting room again.i find it hard to come up with a reason to go. Ack to this dealership for service or a future sale. This is the second time I have had a problem with the service adivisors as I had to contact the sales manager to get a quote on my tires. I don’t know if the problem is with the manager, advisors, training or. Both. It with three other Honda dealerships in the area, I really. Ant think of a reason to go back to this dealership. More
