Timely and Complete Appointment was done on time and complete. I arrived a few minutes before the scheduled appointment. The associate knew exactly why I was there. Good orderly direction The folks who work there are friendly and easy to approach with questions. As I was waiting for my oil to be changed, I was offered snacks. yum The folks who work there are friendly and easy to approach with questions. As I was waiting for my oil to be changed, I was offered snacks. yum The only confusion I have is why have the service people cash out customers. It seems like a ludicrous waste of their time. Customers now have to wait a few minutes longer than when we cashed out with the cashier. I think it would behoove you to go back to the old way. As the weather is getting colder going out in the garage to sign receipts is not pleasant. But I will go back. More
