Disappointing service experience. I usually have the car serviced at Curry, but was very disappointed in how this was handled. I was in for basic service oil change and tire rotation I usually have the car serviced at Curry, but was very disappointed in how this was handled. I was in for basic service oil change and tire rotation which led to having to go 2 days in a row?. Upon leaving the car made a very loud noise after driving a few miles. By this time the service dept. was closed and I had to call the next am. They did fit me in, but it required a second visit for basic service? I know everyone is not perfect and may have occasional mistakes, but what got me really upset was the lack of concern that I had to go back a second day? Curry called saying my car was ready, so I went at lunch time to pick it up. Brandon did explain the problem and told me it was corrected. Even though they were at fault requiring a 2 time visit, they did not rush to get my car ready when I got there the 2nd day? They said there was no charge and sent me to the register to get the keys and when there were 3 people in front of me. I went back out and asked them to get my car and they pulled 2 more vehicles in before mine was finally brought in. After requiring 2 visits for an oil change and tire rotation, they should have said I'm sorry let me get your car immediately. Instead go to the register and expected to wait in line?? More

I called Curry Honda and spoke to Brandon Morgado to see if it would be possible to ‘fit me in’ t The battery on my 2012 Pilot went dead unexpectedly. I called Curry Honda and spoke to Brandon Morgado to see if it would be possible to ‘fit me in’ to have it changed. Without hesitation he said to bring it in. When I arrived I was immediately greeted by Brandon and the vehicle was rushed to the maintenance garage. Forty-five minutes later not only did I have a new OEM battery but a needed oil change as well. And the maintenance technician (Jose) ensured that the front grill and front quarter panel were kept from harm by placing protective coverings on each. Very much appreciated!! Curry Honda is without a doubt the very best dealership that I have ever dealt with. Asst mgr. Brandon Morgado is an outstanding, helpful and friendly individual. He always makes every effort to ensure customer satisfaction. I am extremely happy with Curry and will continue to do business with this wonderful dealership. More
