Just professional I was told to come down there because I had a warranty come to find out that I actually didn’t have a warranty. I do not know who Brandon Mullen is so that is why I gave that score. The one person I do know there is the service advisor named Fabian. The reason for my score is because despite me going in for a repair, that score. The one person I do know there is the service advisor named Fabian. The reason for my score is because despite me going in for a repair, I had to go back in the following weekend for more follow up work. My original problem had to do with my transmission and after that repair, I had very apparent additional issues with my tires, shaking and a screeching sound underneath the hood. Although Fabian documented it had been test driven, it did not appear that was the case to give me my car back in said condition. My car was in the shop again over the weekend for which I was given a rental but again, when I asked for a wash of my vehicle that also went unaddressed. More
