Literally one of my worst experience ever and I’m not rating this because I’m frustrated, it’s the truth. I’ll start by first when I signed the contract I was told I am leasing for 36 month, yet when I leave the dealership, I double checked it showed it was for 39 month. 2 I just got out of warranty, “36”month, the screen of my car broke, and I was told it was it not covered “ although I have a bumper to bumper“ 3 they charge me $15 each month for getting bumper-to-bumper insurance, however when I went in today I was told the insurance is free and I asked why would you offer regular vs bumper to bumper, since it free, no answer I was given. Very untrustworthy More
