My husband spent days trying to talk to the same person, and that never happened until I got involved and called the dealership. Carrie the sales manager was initially great, but that didn't last long. Brandon was good and got us the video we requested after some trial and error on how to send the video with good quality. When I expressed my concerns with this, I was told the sales guy "is still new and learning." I can appreciate that, but who is training him or making sure he's doing the job right? We decided to purchase the vehicle, with promise of delivery. Trying to complete the paperwork was a nightmare. Once we got in touch with Antonio, it was ok. He saved the sale. My daughter flew home from college for the summer about a week and a half after the car was delivered. When she was looking at it, she found that it didn't have the ambient lighting as was advertised. When I called to ask about it, I spoke with Carrie. She was rude, promised a call back, and I'm still waiting for that. I would not recommend anyone to purchase a car from this dealership unless there is an overhaul of the sales management and training. More

He got whatever inspection documentation requested, showed videos of the vehicle when the dealership was doing the inspection and even set up for me to be able to walk under the vehicle to make sure it wasn't going to give any surprise issues in the near future. Howard even came in on his day off to make sure my questions or concerns were addressed. If he didn't know, he'd take the extra step and make sure it was answered appropriately. The process started with Howard and he did a great job at making you feel comfortable and if the car wasn't a fit then it didn't fit. I'd definitely purchase another vehicle from them again and I'll ask for Howard to be my sales consultant hands down. More

Beware Costco Auto Program referrals. We were put in contact with a Costco "rep" and set up an appointment to test drive a specific car. We came pre-qualified for financing with our tra We were put in contact with a Costco "rep" and set up an appointment to test drive a specific car. We came pre-qualified for financing with our trade in ready with title and everything. Unfortunately prepared buyers were met with unprepared sellers. Not only did the Costco-referred "rep" completely blow off the appointment, the person that ultimately did help us was very friendly and knowledgeable but couldn't seem to navigate the inventory management system effectively. It took what felt like 45 minutes of runaround to find out that the car we had come to see sold that afternoon. They ultimately had a new vehicle in stock that met our needs in our budget, so we did complete a purchase, but to be honest the sales manager who took over the transaction gave me really bad vibes and it turned into a weird pushy experience. Someone pre-approved for a $40,000 auto loan and a very specific vehicle and trim level shouldn't need to take 4.5 hours to complete a transaction. Wish I had walked away on principle but I do love the car we're driving. More
