Bought a new CH-R off the showroom floor in June with 20 miles on it. Had the car for about 4-5 weeks. Car wouldn't start after. Got a jump to drive to the dealership. Couldn't diagnosis why the start up ba miles on it. Had the car for about 4-5 weeks. Car wouldn't start after. Got a jump to drive to the dealership. Couldn't diagnosis why the start up battery was draining overnight, thus the car couldn't start. Told by the tech to delete and reinstall app (which is the key for battery recharging tool for this car). Didn't work. Tech said we are waiting for app update and to pick up the car if you want knowing there was no solution to the problem. We declined until Toyota found what was draining the battery. We heard nothing from the techs after this point on August 6th. We called Carrie GM numerous times, worthless run around treatment. Left voicemails unreturned. September 22nd, we file a Lemon Law with the dealership and corp. October 8th, I go into the dealership in person to confront GM/ Service MNG. They can't talk to me as we filed the Lemon Law and this is now between us and Corp. Service Mgr tells me if we would've talked to Sales, they would've swapped us vehicles. We filed the LL because no one would talk to us, return emails or phone calls. We have screenshots/ texts and all evidence of us. October 9th, still don't have the car we are making payments on in our possession. We did get a courtesy car and it's our only leverage otherwise Toyota wouldn't work with us. More

I have been looking for a Toyota Tacoma for several months keeping an eye out for the perfect model.
