This dealership went above and beyond to make sure my recall was taken care of.. I thought I was going to have to come back but they were able to put me in a rental. which I did not expect. The service writer was polite and listened. I made my original appointment online but when I went to reschedule the appointment wasn’t in the system. I couldn’t do a mobile check in. They charg I made my original appointment online but when I went to reschedule the appointment wasn’t in the system. I couldn’t do a mobile check in. They charged me $19 to install my own air filter. Didn’t reset the tps monitors correctly and I had to go back. They wanted to charge $225 to install my own brake pads and the service manager was less than friendly. 3 out of 10. Don’t recommend. More
