Took my vehicle they had it for a week for a battery the first time bad service broke my visor mirror, brought it in again for ac problem, console damage and multiple tickets created was told my extended wa first time bad service broke my visor mirror, brought it in again for ac problem, console damage and multiple tickets created was told my extended warranty would be going out soon and left it there to service. I called 4 times went to service dept 3 time and no one would help me or return my calls with information . Finally called again and was told that they wouldn’t look at it for another two weeks just to diagnose any issues and I would have to pay almost 1,800 dollars for a rent car just to get them to tell me what I already know is wrong . So I said I would pick it up and take it to the Odessa Chevy house and they told me the ticket was open and could do anything and that my warranty is out. So now no one will do anything about it. Terrible terrible service ever since the first day I purchased it from the dealership . They are rude , dodge peoples calls and are shady. A ax delco battery took a week to replace they tried to charge me 500 dollars for a battery they put in the year before and had a Chevy coupon for one at half the cost they tried to charge me not to mention ac delco batteries have a 4 yr warranty so I assume they were going to charge me and get a replacement one for free . Not happy at all and I still have the damages they cause no ac and now my expensive extended warranty is now out and they don’t care. I have the tickets for the day I dropped them off and it was inside of my warranty they just helps it until it expired. Worst dealership I have ever dealt with. If you actually care you can contact me anytime and I will never by or go to this location again! More
