For the first time in my life, I bought a vehicle worth more than $30k. I paid $93,500 USD for my truck, and they waited until after I paid to tell me they were only giving me one truck key. They told me if I want another one, it’s $600. I’ve never seen a dealership this unprofessional. I will never buy GMC again, just because of them. More

Upfront sales was excellent. Correction of advertised price and contract price was rectified in a professional manner. Application and benefit of the Costco sales plan did not appear to be used and was not clearly explained. Only received one fob, was not divulged prior to contract. Trailer hitch cover was promised, but not received, I purchased one from Amazon overnight. The most egregious part of our experience is that there is a recall for a condition of the engine that has caused injuries and death, along with mechanical failures. How and why was this not upfront and shared? Is Henry Brown a service center for this repair? More
