my entire experience with ford of Braintree was fantastic Brandon and Lisa were amazing to work with from start to finish – I was in a hurry they helped me with my decisions adhered to a quick timeline and co Brandon and Lisa were amazing to work with from start to finish – I was in a hurry they helped me with my decisions adhered to a quick timeline and could not have been more professional or courteous throughout my entire visit. Best Car Dealership Experience out there! Everyone here is so helpful! They had everything ready for me when I came to pick up my new car, including having already contacted my insurance compa Everyone here is so helpful! They had everything ready for me when I came to pick up my new car, including having already contacted my insurance company and handled the registration and inspection. While I was finalizing the paperwork, Brandon went out to my new car and programmed in my old security code, presets, and everything else (even remembered to grab the CD from my old car, which I would have forgotten!) This was a truly painless car experience! More

I did receive a follow up phone call from a manager, it was not pushy at all, it was simply a follow up. We went in a week later after thinking about the purchase. Brandon was there to help. We decided to purchase the car. Brandon stayed late ( I think he was supposed to leave at 5 and he stayed past 7) to walk us through the process. My husband and I were not able to take the next day off of work to pick up the car. Brandon was kind enough to deliver it to our house. If you are in the market for a Ford, and decide to go to this dealership, I highly recommend asking for Brandon. He was professional, thorough, and not at all pushy. More
