Stress free experience. Was in the market for a new Ford Escape for my wife. Contacted the dealership requesting an internet price. Tony responded within minutes. Price was in line with other dealerships I had contacted. Very competitive. Made an appointment to go in and take a test drive. Upon arrival, Brandon greeted us. The car we requested was brought around, and we went for a test drive. We asked a number of questions, and Brandon was very knowledgeable.about the Escape Titanium. Next step the trade appraisal. Their offer was in line with other vehicles similar to ours. We decided to go ahead and purchase the vehicle. What I found most appealing about the whole process is that we were never pressured to buy anything. The people who work there seemed happy to be there. No bait and switch, no aggressive salespeople. I felt quite at ease. Brandon was a true professional. The minute we sat down to discuss the vehicle I felt very comfortable. Never before had I felt that way shopping for a car. I wasn't looking forward to go out car shopping that day, but after heading to Herb Chambers Ford of Braintree, that all changed. My wife is very happy with her new car. When we arrived home with the vehicle my son noticed that there was a smudge of some sort on the headliner. I called this morning and spoke to Brandon, he said to come to the dealership, and they would check it out. We took it to the detail shop, and within minutes the issue was resolved. I knew exactly what I wanted and Brandon was very helpful completing my purchase. Greg was also friendly and informative as it related to completing the financial aspect of my experience. When I came back a few days later to deliver the title of the car I traded in and to have an state inspection performed, I got stuck in traffic. I called Brandon and told him I was stuck in traffic and would be arriving just before 5:00 (service dept closing) and he made sure that a service technician was on hand upon my arrival to complete the inspection. That saved me from making another trip later in the week for an inspection sticker. I have purchased two vehicles at Herb Chambers (Burlington dealership) over the past 9 years and I have consistently received superior service. If there were a dealership close to my home in Haverhill, I would definitely bring vehicles there for ongoing service and maintenance. Thank you for the great experience. Fran Ferrara More

Totally was not expecting to be so thrilled, comfortable and blown away by a salesperson or dealership at all. So it was very refreshing to feel completely different and happy about buying our car. Brandon made us feel like friends or family. He was friendly, patient, polite, understanding and willing to deal with us. Not once did he make us feel unwanted or like we were asking too much or getting a bad deal.
