She ignores you when you come in, makes you wait for whatever she's doing at the time, she has absolutely no customer service skills, unless you're trying to buy a car, and in which case she's very nice. I guess because she knows money's involved. After she has sold you the car, good luck. She only cares up until her commission clears. I would avoid her and that dealership for that matter. More

Brandy was very helpful when I came to test drive a car over the weekend. When I mentioned I was going to a different dealership to test drive another car, she checked their inventory and went through the over the weekend. This dealership sold me a 2021 VW ID4 and did not inform me the vehicle had a Branded Title which is Law. The other Dean Dealership in Baldwin ended up buying it back from me which they did not have to do me the vehicle had a Branded Title which is Law. The other Dean Dealership in Baldwin ended up buying it back from me which they did not have to do, when a dealership in Illinois totally would not touch a vehicle with a branded title. It is also apparent they rolled back the title on the car. We new the vehicle had been bought back by VW, but were never told about the branded title or what that meant. No one would buy a vehicle knowingly with a branded title and pay over Sticker for the car knowing this fact. This was extremely dishonest, and I am consulting a lawyer about next steps. If your are considering buying a vehicle here, I would definitely reconsider. More

She didn’t return any communication, tried very hard to buy from her but can only do so much when someone flat out ignores you. Not only did I find a better vehicle, I also found a better rate. At every phase of my experience, Brandy took the time to educate me on options I hadn't considered (like leasing) and was friendly and professional the entire time. We interacted a lot via text, so I didn't have to spend a lot of time sitting at the dealership. Brandy and the rest of the Dean Team gave me a fantastic experience. They'll be my first stop when I need another vehicle. More
