We inquired about a 2018 GTI on the internet on Friday Brandy Peters of Dean Team Volkswagen provided the best car buying experience we’ve ever had. We inquired about a 2018 GTI on the internet on Friday afternoon (yesterday) and she had us ready to drive off in the car by noon Saturday. Brandy had the car waiting and ready to test drive. She gave us her undivided attention and treated us like people, not like prey. She was professional and personable. They worked out how to get us out of the last month of our lease on our Volvo with another dealership, no money down, and got our payment exactly where we wanted it to be. our experience was so good I’m leaving this review and I’m still at the dealership. Best experience buying a car ever. We went in to look at a Volkswagen we had seen on line. The manager said that it wasn't in good condition and that he was sending it to auction. But h We went in to look at a Volkswagen we had seen on line. The manager said that it wasn't in good condition and that he was sending it to auction. But he'd took one in trade the day before. It was AWESOME ! Drove like a dream. It was more than what I was approved for from my credit union. Instead of doing what most dealers would do and try selling me a car i didn't want But was approved for, He gave us a great price on our trade in and worked with us on the down payment. They let us put down $500 drive away and come back in 2 weeks with the rest of it. Brandy and the other ladies were wonderful. We had our granddaughter with us and they baby sat for us. We got back and they had her hair braided and a picture of her and one of the other ladies with the red noses on. We let her post it to Instagram. More

I was looking for a car that I had an exceptional experience with my Dean Team Kirkwood salesperson, Brandy Peters, when purchasing my Volkswagen Bug. I was looking for a car that was in my price range and would be a change of pace for me. I wanted a car that would better reflect my personality and provide just the right change after coming off a difficult divorce. The Bug ended up being the perfect car when it rolled into the dealership. Brandy gave me the opportunity to take two test drives and make sure this was the best car for me. She was extremely friendly, insightful, and knowledgeable about the car. I also appreciated that Brandy was not aggressively pushing anything on me, which has been the case with other vehicles I’ve purchased. Kyle Steinberg, the finance manager, was able to provide the monthly payment I wanted. Kyle was completely professional with a personal touch, as was Brandy. I’ve purchased a lot of cars in my life. This was my best experience by far. More
