The experience was excellent until I found out (2 months after I've purchased my car) that instead of owing $7000 on my loan, I owed $9500. I called several times trying to have this fixed but all I got from Brandy was "not sure how that happened...Not sure I understand".Also, Brandy promised that she would work on getting an extra key as at the time of the purchase I only received one car key. After calling, e-mailing and texting Brandy on her cell phone several times, guess what, I never received the extra car key I was promised almost a year ago!!!! Ridiculous and just unbelievable. I also mentioned to Brandy that I would leave this review on company's web page but guess what, nothing ever happened. So shameless and so unprofessional. I got ripped of at this dealership where at the beginning I really thought that I had a great shopping experience. More

I did extensive research and ended up happily leasing a new tiquan from Brandy at Dean Team VW. I chose dean team solely because of Brandy’s above and beyond customer service. Brandy along with her manager Scott formed a relationship with my family and I making us feel like we were not just another sale or checkmark on their monthly stat. Brandy and Scott truly cared and worked with us through every request we had making sure we were comfortable through the process. I have had the vehicle for almost a month now and Brandy has been extremely helpful and knowledgeable with any questions that have come up. Brandy most definitely made a return customer out of my family for many years to come. I highly recommend utilizing Brandy during your car search. More
